will, I think, be sufficient for local purposes though less wide than the present informal rules. The enactment of these regula- -tions would place the Press practically on the same footing as in England and would render unnecessary the submission to the Censor of articles and paragraphs prior to publication. This would be welcomed by the Press which frequently complains of delaying in the censoring of matter and consequent inconvenience.
